What Does Bejmat Mean?

The BEJMAT 5-15 is a traditional terracotta tile from Morocco. This Moroccan flooring can be either glazed or natural. Unlike zellige, which features beveled edges, Bejmat tiles require an approximate 2 mm joint between each tile during installation.

This rectangular tile format allows for creative assembly, enabling the design of graphic terracotta rugs. The desired effect is unique, irregular, and nuanced, transporting us directly to warm Mediterranean landscapes. The BEJMAT 5-15 reference has dimensions of 5 x 15 x 1.5 cm, making it suitable for both wall and floor installations.
