- Our logistics partner prepares our orders every week and ships them via their courier network.
- Deliveries are scheduled by appointment with a maximum time slot of half a day per truck, adapted to the address provided at the time of ordering.
- The delivery driver is not authorized to handle the pallet (unwrapping, unloading) and does not deliver to upper floors.
- In case of access difficulties to the specified address, additional costs may apply!
- Tiles are heavy materials, so please make arrangements for receiving your order; weights are noted on the order forms.
Return Conditions:
• Established according to European regulations, returns of goods only apply to stock orders, and not to tiles or items specially made according to your specifications.
• The right of return applies to the price of the tiles and not to shipping costs. For factory stock orders, the return shipping costs of tiles to the warehouse in Toulouse are the responsibility of the customer.
• The return of stock tiles is only possible within 15 calendar days after the date of receipt or collection of the product.
• Returns are only accepted for unused tiles. We only accept unopened boxes in good condition.
• Tiles must be returned perfectly packaged, and the pallet protected (packaging similar to the original shipping packaging from the factory) to avoid any damage during transport.
• Returns must be requested in writing, including photos of the boxes.
• Refunds will be processed once the inspection of the tiles has been confirmed, and the merchandise is compliant and in good condition.
