This model, Zellige Ciselé-C07, envisioned by Samir Mazer, reinterprets the traditional chiseling technique on zellige, playfully exploring an original floral effect.
The chiseling technique is undoubtedly one of the most impressive aspects of Moroccan zellige. Starting with a plain zellige tile, our Master Artisans skillfully remove the glaze to reveal intricate designs. This unique technique has captivated our designer Samir Mazer, who has reimagined it to create new patterns inspired by the “light-dark” effects often seen in moucharabieh.
The chiselled zellige C-07 can be customized in any color from our zellige color palette, so feel free to share your project with us.
