Imagined in collaboration with the brand Aesop for the creation of a new concept store, this Scarpa Estremoz marble mosaic is inspired by the famous floors of the Olivetti Foundation in Venice, designed by architect Carlo Scarpa.
For this reinterpretation, we have designed marble fragments. Each piece measures 35 mm on each side, features irregular edges, and is installed on a mesh with a wide 5 mm joint in a staggered layout.
The finish is softened and pre-treated for a hassle-free mortar application.
Ateliers Zelij supports its clients in creating custom wall decor and flooring. Upon request, we can reproduce Scarpa using another type of stone and in a different color. Please feel free to contact us directly for any specific inquiries.
